Laticia Holbert has been hired as Training & Employee Development Manager, a new position to facilitate career development and training strategies throughout INTREN. Holbert’s new role was effective April 17, and she will be reporting to Dale Damon. Her primary focus will be coordinating with various departments throughout the organization to help create, design, develop, implement and facilitate career development and training strategies. This position will specifically focus on career development and training for office personnel but will also support leadership-related training throughout the organization.

Holbert brings more than 15 years of experience in education, training and development. INTREN’s relationship with Holbert formed four years ago with her role as Program Lead for the CONSTRUCT Program. Additionally, she is an adjunct faculty member for University of Phoenix, Colorado Technical University and Ashford University.

Holbert is a graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BA in Economics and concentration in Business and Computer Science Engineering. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Holbert is a highly skilled professional with substantial experience in the implementation, process development and administration of education programs.
