On October 19th, Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), invited INTREN Founder & CEO, Loretta Rosenmayer to participate in a round-table discussion in Washington, D.C. In attendance was President Obama, his staff and other major companies who have made specific commitments to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
PG&E Chairmen and CEO, Tony Earley, Rosenmayer and other leaders discussed potential consequences of climate change and the support both government and private sector actions can take to reduce greenhouse gas emissions globally. President Obama sought these major business leaders input on proposed actions prior to his participation in United Nations Conference on Climate Change in December.
