Field Positions

You are on the frontlines of our business and the face of this organization. Our field positions include everything from Journeyman Lineman, to Electricians, to Mechanics and Laborers.  We require a high school degree, appropriate certifications, a labor union membership, and the desire to be outdoors and physically active.


Office Positions

Our Field depends on the hard work, dedication, and passion of a broad range of talented and diverse individuals in the Back Office.  From positions in Account Management, to Fleet Services, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing and more, we are always looking for people who have the drive to work hard and the passion to make a difference.



In order to continually build strength and increase INTREN flexibility, a college recruitment program has been developed, with the specific goal of investing significant training time on identified new hires in various aspects of our operation and business.  Individuals who would be considered as most qualified would be those pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a construction management related degree from an accredited college/university.  Candidates must be flexible to work at a variety of necessary worksites during the internship assignment.
