Project Management and Communications
At project inception, we assign a core team to strategic planning and account management, so that each client knows exactly who can answer questions and quickly address any issues that may arise. The general foreman and project manager are always available to our clients.INTREN also has established a rigorous employee accountability program and an exhaustive reporting system to track performance. Our staff provides real-time information to clients through regularly scheduled face-to-face meetings and constant electronic updates.
